Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. However, some of our made-to-order or specialty items may have longer lead times, which will be clearly noted on the product listing page. Please refer to the individual product description for specific shipping timelines before placing your order.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or production delays, we’ll notify you promptly via email with an updated timeline.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States) only.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. Expedited options may be available depending on the product and will be shown at checkout. Please note that these delivery estimates do not include product lead times.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours.
